Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions cover your use of the Done Right Dumpsters website at www.donerightdumpsterrentals.com and the dumpster rental services we provide. By booking a rental, using our site, or otherwise working with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

What We Do

Done Right Dumpsters rents roll-off dumpsters for homes, remodels, cleanouts, roofing, and construction jobs across the Treasure Valley. We offer several sizes, deliver to your location, and haul the load away when you are done.

Dumpster Rental Terms

Rental Period

Every rental includes a one day minimum. You can keep the dumpster longer by arranging it with us. Let us know when you are ready for pickup and we will schedule it.

Placement and Your Responsibility

You are responsible for choosing a safe, legal, and reachable spot for the dumpster, and for making sure our truck has clear access on delivery and pickup day. We are not responsible for damage to driveways, curbs, lawns, sprinklers, or other surfaces that can happen with the normal weight of a loaded dumpster and truck. If you have concerns about your surface, tell us ahead of time and we will do our best to protect it.

Weight Limit

Each rental includes one ton of weight. Loads over the included weight may be billed at the rate shown at the time of booking. Heavy materials like concrete, dirt, brick, and roofing add up fast, so ask us if you are unsure which size fits.

Prohibited and Restricted Items

For safety and to follow disposal rules, certain items cannot go in a standard dumpster. These include hazardous waste, wet paint and chemicals, fuels and other flammables, asbestos, batteries, and similar materials. Freon appliances such as refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, and swamp coolers are not accepted.

Overfilling

Please keep all debris level with the top rim of the dumpster. Overloaded or over-the-rim loads cannot be hauled safely or legally, and may need to be redistributed before pickup.

Pricing and Payment

Prices shown at booking are based on the size and material you select and include one ton of weight and a one day minimum. Additional charges, such as extra weight or accepted special items, are based on what is actually in the dumpster. Payment is collected through our secure online booking and payment system. Any balance is due as described at the time of your order.

Cancellations and Changes

Plans change, and we get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible. If our truck is already on the way or has attempted delivery, a trip charge may apply. We will always tell you about any fee before it is charged.

Liability and Indemnification

You agree to use the dumpster safely and within these terms. You agree to cover claims, damages, or costs that come from your use of the dumpster or from items you place in it, including prohibited items. We will handle our work with reasonable care and carry the responsibilities required of us.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim connected to a rental is limited to the amount you paid for that rental. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, such as lost time, lost profits, or project delays.

Good to Know

Use of Our Website

The content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to Done Right Dumpsters and may not be copied, scraped, or reused without our permission. Please use the site only for lawful purposes related to renting a dumpster.

Third-Party Links

Our site may link to other websites, such as our booking platform or payment processor. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. If a dispute comes up, we ask that you contact us first so we can try to make it right. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be handled under Idaho law in the appropriate courts of Canyon County, Idaho.

Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or problems caused by things outside our control, such as severe weather, road closures, equipment failure, supply issues, or other emergencies. If something like this affects your rental, we will work with you to reschedule.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in full effect.
